Our Healing is Being
the integration of our bodies
in the healing of ourselves and others
"Only who we truly are has the power to heal us." Carl Jung

Facing the challenges that life imposes on us requires, first of all, discovering who we are. This is a fundamental process, without which we cannot fully resolve any of the problems that afflict us.
The inner discovery

Discovering our true essence is not simple, as it involves many aspects of ourselves that remain hidden and difficult to decipher. Our senses, feelings, strengths, gifts and capabilities are often hidden waiting to be revealed. The question is: how can we open paths for our inner wealth to manifest in our lives?
The marks in our bodies
From the moment we are born, the collective traumas inherited from our ancestors leave marks on our five bodies: physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual. These barriers restrict the full expression of who we are. Accessing and releasing these limitations is essential to allowing our true nature to flourish. The source of this regeneration is in the Soul, the clothing of our spiritual body, which guides the healing of other bodies.
Love as an axis of transformation
It is in the spiritual realm that we can access unconditional Love, or Agape, the source of healing for our afflictions. However, commitment is necessary to allow this love to dwell within us, clearing the paths for love itself to flow and regenerate us. The poet Rumi stated: “The task is not to seek love, but only to seek and undo all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.” Where do we start to break down these barriers?
The mind at the service of the Soul
Human suffering is perpetuated mainly through the mental body. We learn to fear encountering our inner truth, in both its dark and light aspects. But the mind is not a villain: we need to learn to put it at the service of the Soul. Thus, our consciousness can navigate through the hidden areas of our interior, reactivating the senses, vital energy, essential feeling, Soul values and the capacity for spiritual presence that regenerate us.
The structural archetypes
The Soul has its own language that is translated into symbols in the mind. The symbols that show how the Soul operates are called archetypes. There are three of our nuclear archetypes: the masculine, the feminine (formed from the figures of the father and the mother), and the inner child (which represents the most essential qualities of our Being). Integral healing of the Self requires that the distorted parts of our masculine and feminine archetypes be repaired to nourish and protect our inner child, allowing it to flourish, protected by the mature adult.
The path of Science of Soul
The Science of Soul is a path for the mind to serve the Soul, understanding its languages. Through specific exercises, we learn to guide the mind so that it operates in increasing harmony with our luminous faculties, also embracing our shadows and deep wounds. This allows us to be more aware of how our five bodies interrelate and how to observe the flows of Love within us and its overflow through our relationships. This path provides conscious participation in our regenerative and evolutionary dynamics, contributing to the healing of the world around us.
